Berry Vanilla Yogurt

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup low sugar Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2` cup berries
  • 1 tbsp  ground flax seed
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts

Instructions
 

  • Add the above ingrediants in order and that's it!
    *pair with a slice of natural peanut butter, whole grain toast to get the full compliment of your food groups at this meal.
