Strawberry Maple Oatmeal


  • 1 cup of cooked oatmeal (not instant)
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 Tablespoon ground flax
  • 2 Tablespoons of pumpkin seeds or hemp hearts
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

*pair this with a glass of milk or trying adding milk instead of water to your oatmeal to get all of your food groups in one meal!
