I always have chocolate cravings and I waned a nice treat that would satisfy my sweet tooth without causing too much guilt (not that I also don’t enjoy the occasional chocolate bar). So I whipped up this delicious snack including one of my favorite ingredients…Chia Seeds.
Overnight Chocolate Pudding (serves 2-4 depending on how you like your serving size)
- 1 1/4 cup of milk (or Almond milk or soy milk)
- 1/4 chia seeds
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp of honey or maple syrup
- Add all of the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.
- Pour into a container with an air tight lid.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Stir before serving.
**this is a rich treat. I topped wine with vanilla yogurt to cut down on sugar but you can add a little whip cream and some strawberries or bananas!
