BANANA CHOCOLATE OATMEAL
Banana Chocolate Oatmeal
- 1 cup cooked Oatmeal (not instant)
- 1 small banana
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 2 tbsp walnuts
- 1/2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
- Mix it all together and enjoy. *pair this with a glass of milk or trying adding milk instead of water to your oatmeal to get all of your food groups in one meal!.
